I am trying to find devona . I think she grants the ascalon settlement qurest which has final blow as a reward . Can anyone tell me where in Kryta provence she is?
Big zone .
Please dont just say "use the search" tried that and got 50 threads .

Yeah... if you head out from lion's arch you run right into her.
